My coaching mindset tells me that I am very passionate on seeing others around me grow and fruitful continually-consistent. After being a counseling practitioner for more than 13.000 hours and another 4000 hours of practicing professional coaching, I find, by the grace of God, many of my clients are abundantly fruitful in their lives, career, and calling. How lucky they are. During these hours of counseling and coaching practices, I am frequently hired by corporate organizations and non government organizations as well as individuals. In helping grow the coaching industry in Indonesia, I co-founded Cherish Indonesia (www.cherish.id) in 2014, a kind of school of pure coaching based on International Coaching Federation Core Competency and Codes of Ethic. Our classes has been accommodating more than 7000 participants in the last 7 years.
